Exploring Exmoor
Base yourself at Town Mills and you have access to Exmoor — unique as a National Park for its 35 miles of coastline, including the highest sea cliffs in England.
Enjoy a drive or walk over the moors and, if you are lucky, you will come across herds of red deer, Exmoor ponies and a multitude of flora and fauna.
Visit some of our wonderful seaside towns including Porlock, Lynton and Lynmouth, or go further afield to Bude.
Other towns within driving distance include the historic market town of Dunster, which has a castle well worth seeing, and both Exeter and Taunton are an hour’s drive away. In season you can also enjoy racing at Exeter and Taunton.
